The "FEAR" Factor

In this era we are all striving on to getting over our so called " FEARS "  so much so that there have been reality shows on it. (Hail the show bizz and the adventure sports business πŸ˜‰). People are gearing up to face their array of fears. Someone is jumping off a cliff to get over their fear of height, then you have peeps getting over their fear of water by diving into the deep oceans(count me in this one) on the other hand someone else is trying hard literally crapping in their pants to get over their fear of darkness and so on and so forth. Apparently its the new buzz about facing your fear or rather getting over them makes one stronger...hmmmm!!! Could be!!! Having said that these are all the fears of external factors isn't it? πŸ€” Let me ask you this what about facing our fears other than the ones based on these factors. Quite often we don't realise that  there are deep rooted hidden fears dwelling inside of us. So what are these inner fears ? Lets put our shiel...

Judgemental or NOT!!

"Judgemental".... pausing for a moment here..ahem(clearing my throat).. . whatttaaa word ! Sensitive and Debatable πŸ˜‰ So how many of us must have been in a spot where we perceived or tailed on a pre-conceived notion about a certain place, a certain someone or a certain situation! Like they say dont knot your kickers too soon πŸ˜‰ So my bagfull of experiences makes me re...

The King of Bartending !

Calling out to the Universe again..wink wink, I over and over again get bowled out on how sometimes we bump into strangers who then go on to becoming our dearest of friends. When it comes to friendship - Age no bar, Race no bar, Gender no bar and so on. Bar is 'THE' word here (pun intended), since we are talking about a journey of one such BartenderπŸ˜‰. So recently on one of my saturday rendezvous (good food, crazy music and fun company) I crossed my paths with this gentleman who is like an ENERGY BALL. A man who has seen the good, better, bad and the worst! Coming from a blended cultural background, having left home at the age of 14 , travelled to work from country to country he surely has come a long way. The man is like a living version of the "Book of 100 Stories". From what started as working at a small joint in mumbai to having then travelled to Oman to then moving to European side of the world to Canada and so on Phew !!! Does this even end πŸ˜‰ haha. Val(that...
